A complete redesign of He Who Saw the Deep: The Epic of Gilgamesh, the worlds first written
text. Includes section openers, illustrations for each tablet, cover and text layout. I chose to use a
modern and minimal style to contrast the traditional context of the writing. The bold shapes and bright
color allow for interesting composition and needed break from pages of heavy text.
